TERMS & CONDITIONS – ALEXISONFIRE TICKET GIVEAWAY

1. General

1.1 Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The promoter is Civilians Pty Ltd (ABN 50 162 264 039) of 401 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Promoter).

1.3 The Competition commences at 9:00 AM AEDT on Monday, February 24, 2025, and concludes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Saturday, March 2, 2025 (Competition Period). The Promoter may extend the closing date at its sole discretion. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt, not at the time of sending by entrants. Late entries will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents only who purchase any Alexisonfire record from Civilians during the Competition Period.

2.2 Employees and agents of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the Competition, entrants must:

  • Purchase any Alexisonfire record from Civilians between February 24, 2025, and March 2, 2025.

  • Retain proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3.2 Entry is limited to one (1) entry per record purchased.

4. Prize & Winner Selection

4.1 This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

4.2 One (1) winner will receive:

  • A double pass to see Alexisonfire live in their city - Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane.

4.3 The winner will be drawn no later than 5:00 PM AEDT on Monday, March 3, 2025, and notified by email.

4.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

5.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3 If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control the Competition cannot run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition.

5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any:

  • Misplaced, late, or incomplete entries.

  • Technical malfunctions affecting entry submission.

  • Additional costs incurred by the winner (e.g., travel or accommodation).

5.5 The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with attending the event, including but not limited to:

  • Transport to and from the venue

  • Accommodation (if required)

  • Food, beverages, and other personal expenses

5.6 The Promoter is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the winner in relation to redeeming the prize.

5.7 The winner is responsible for any tax implications related to accepting the prize.

5.8 By entering, entrants agree that Civilians may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

5.9 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
